Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and workspace organization.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
