Responsibility

  • Assist in the coordination and management of housing assignments for students, faculty, and visiting staff.
  • Process housing applications, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of housing allocations, availability, and tenant details.
  • Liaise with property managers, landlords, and internal stakeholders to resolve housing-related issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and housing agreements.
  • Assist with the organization of housing orientation sessions and welcome packages for new residents.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from residents, offering timely and professional resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or housing management (preferably in an academic or international setting).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with housing management systems or property software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
