Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and management of housing assignments for students, faculty, and visiting staff.
- Process housing applications, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of housing allocations, availability, and tenant details.
- Liaise with property managers, landlords, and internal stakeholders to resolve housing-related issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and housing agreements.
- Assist with the organization of housing orientation sessions and welcome packages for new residents.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from residents, offering timely and professional resolutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or housing management (preferably in an academic or international setting).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with housing management systems or property software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
