Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, including student enrollment, class scheduling, and facility management.
- Supervise and support administrative and teaching staff to ensure smooth, efficient branch functionality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, including student retention, revenue, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote programs, events, and promotions to attract new students.
- Maintain inventory of musical instruments, teaching materials, and retail products, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Organize and execute student recitals, workshops, and community outreach events to enhance the schoolâs reputation.
- Implement and uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in education, retail, or customer service.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of music education or a personal interest in music is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic POS or student management systems.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by branch needs.
