Responsibility
- Assist lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with early childhood education standards.
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of children through interactive play, storytelling, and hands-on learning.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
- Monitor and document childrenâs progress, behaviors, and milestones, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Assist with meal times, nap times, and bathroom routines, ensuring the well-being and comfort of all students.
- Collaborate with teachers to prepare educational materials, visual aids, and classroom displays.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities to foster a strong school community.
- Uphold school policies, safety protocols, and inclusive practices to create a welcoming environment for all children.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with young children (ages 3-6) in a school, daycare, or tutoring setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young minds.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and classroom management techniques.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- First Aid/CPR certification for children is advantageous.
