Responsibility
- Deliver interactive and age-appropriate English lessons to children and teenagers, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop creative lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals, incorporating games, songs, and multimedia to enhance engagement.
- Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and builds confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to improve classroom materials and teaching methods.
- Prepare and organize classroom resources, including worksheets, visual aids, and digital tools.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events to discuss student development and address concerns.
- Stay updated on modern teaching techniques and incorporate best practices into your lessons.
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (native or near-native level) with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior teaching experience (especially with children or teens) is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners with a passion for education.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is advantageous but not required.
- Patient, energetic, and empathetic with a genuine interest in student development.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) is a bonus.
