Responsibility
- Conduct accurate and efficient first evaluations of ESL test submissions.
- Provide constructive feedback aligned with approved curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with instructional teams to support learner-centered education.
- Maintain consistency in scoring and adhere to evaluation guidelines.
- Document and report assessment results in a timely manner.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure evaluation accuracy.
- Stay updated on ESL teaching methodologies and assessment best practices.
- Contribute to the development of assessment materials and rubrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ESL teaching, assessment, or evaluation (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong command of written and spoken English (near-native proficiency).
- Keen attention to detail and ability to follow standardized evaluation criteria.
- Familiarity with CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) or similar proficiency frameworks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team setting.
- Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA is a plus.
