Responsibility
- Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring compliance with local and international early childhood education standards.
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with best practices in early learning.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through effective communication and community engagement initiatives.
- Drive enrolment growth through strategic marketing, partnerships, and parent outreach programs.
- Monitor and assess child development progress, ensuring individualized support for each student.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative tasks to optimize centre performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preschool leadership or management, with a proven track record in operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum frameworks (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in staff training, performance management, and team development.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and licensing regulations for preschools in Indonesia.
- Passion for innovative, child-centered learning and parent engagement.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian, are a plus).
