Responsibility

  • Manage and organize patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate appointments, admissions, and follow-ups for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Handle front-desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls.
  • Prepare and process administrative documents, such as consent forms, referrals, and insurance paperwork.

Qualifications
