Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential suppliers and expand the company’s network.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, contracts, and agreements in the company database.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers under supervision.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and evaluate new sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare reports on supplier performance, pricing, and market trends.
- Attend training sessions to develop skills in supplier relations, communication, and data management.
- Support administrative tasks related to sourcing, including documentation and filing.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates or entry-level candidates—no prior experience required.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and database management).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
