Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential suppliers and expand the company’s network.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, contracts, and agreements in the company database.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers under supervision.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and evaluate new sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on supplier performance, pricing, and market trends.
  • Attend training sessions to develop skills in supplier relations, communication, and data management.
  • Support administrative tasks related to sourcing, including documentation and filing.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates or entry-level candidates—no prior experience required.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and database management).
