Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, scanning, and archiving records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry, record-keeping, and assisting with special projects.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any administrative issues.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized, clean, and conducive to productivity for all team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
