We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Membership Program Administrator to oversee the seamless administration of our exclusive membership program and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our member engagement strategy, ensuring that every interaction with our elite clientele is personalized, efficient, and reflective of the StarDream experience. Based in the dynamic region of Kuta, Badung, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction, streamline database management, and drive loyalty through data-driven insights.

Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the membership database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all member records.
- Administer day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including data entry, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Generate and analyze member reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotions for members.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of membership program operations.
- Assist in the onboarding of new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Monitor and resolve any CRM system issues in collaboration with IT support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM administration, database management, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with luxury service standards and a passion for the travel/cruise industry.
