Note: This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Some flexibility may be required for special events or urgent customer needs.
Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records, databases, and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval
- Coordinate and support sales team activities, including order processing, documentation, and follow-up communications
- Organize and assist with company events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics from planning to execution
- Prepare and process various administrative documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and promotional materials, placing orders as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings for team members and visitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries is advantageous
