Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records, databases, and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval
  • Coordinate and support sales team activities, including order processing, documentation, and follow-up communications
  • Organize and assist with company events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics from planning to execution
  • Prepare and process various administrative documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and promotional materials, placing orders as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings for team members and visitors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
