Responsibility

  • Assist with daily office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors and tracking office supplies inventory.
  • Maintain organized records of office expenses, invoices, and receipts for accounting purposes.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, team gatherings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide general support to HR and other departments with onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in administrative workflows.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and administrative software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, international corporate setting.
