As an Operations & Administrative Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting with documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibility

  • Assist in daily operational tasks, including order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination for medical devices.
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and maintaining digital and physical records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless workflow and timely task completion.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
  • Handle client and vendor communications, including emails, calls, and meeting scheduling.
  • Assist in event planning and logistics for product launches, training sessions, or stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor and update database systems to ensure accuracy of product and client information.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business Administration, Management, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, or administrative processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the 6-month internship duration.
  • Passion for the healthcare or medical device industry and eagerness to learn.
