Responsibility
- Process and manage motor insurance policies, including new applications, renewals, and endorsements.
- Assist in claims processing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups with clients and underwriters.
- Maintain and update insurance databases and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to the insurance team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and insurers to clarify policy details, resolve queries, and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and distribute insurance certificates, invoices, and correspondence as required.
- Monitor policy deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in insurance operations, administration, or customer service (motor insurance experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with insurance software or CRM systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
