Responsibility

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and scheduling using clinic software.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Administer and document prescriptions as directed by dental professionals.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, both digital and physical.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and clinic efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing clear and timely responses.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties, including inventory management and office supply ordering.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receptionist, cashier, or administrative roles (healthcare sector is a plus).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software.
