Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and scheduling using clinic software.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Administer and document prescriptions as directed by dental professionals.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and clinic efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing clear and timely responses.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties, including inventory management and office supply ordering.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receptionist, cashier, or administrative roles (healthcare sector is a plus).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software.
- High attention to detail, especially in financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential patient information.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to support team goals.
