Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff and departments.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents with high attention to detail.

Qualifications
