Responsibility
- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Handle data entry tasks and update records in company databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, or training sessions as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team’s operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Professional demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude.
