Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Handle data entry tasks and update records in company databases or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, or training sessions as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team’s operational needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
