Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to optimize freight decisions.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with accurate delivery information.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process.
- Maintain and update logistics documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing logistics-related inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
