Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
- Provide general administrative support to the engineering and management teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum ‘O’ Level certification in any field (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or financial documentation is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to new tools and processes in a technology-driven workplace.
