Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with high accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
  • Provide general administrative support to the engineering and management teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level certification in any field (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
