Responsibility
- Manage and process client inquiries, bookings, and contracts for confinement nanny services with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate between clients, nannies, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales databases, client records, and service agreements using CRM systems.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and administrative documentation to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the client base and improve service offerings.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting new parents and expectant families.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with sales processes, contract management, and basic financial transactions.
