Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Assist in planning and executing interior renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and project documentation using digital tools.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management on project progress and operational metrics.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
