Responsibility
- Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, contracts, and client reports.
- Liaise with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and client communications in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., customs, warehousing, transport) to streamline freight operations.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively communicate updates or delays to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and market analysis to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, logistics coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs documentation, or international trade is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.
