As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, managing appointments, and supporting the administrative needs of our wellness practitioners. Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling for TCM consultations and wellness treatments.
  • Process billing, payments, and receipts accurately using our administrative systems.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Coordinate with wellness practitioners and therapists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in inventory management for TCM supplies and wellness products.
  • Prepare and manage administrative reports, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Support general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, front desk, or customer service roles, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with appointment scheduling software.
  • Basic understanding of billing and financial transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for wellness, health, or traditional medicine is highly desirable.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
