Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Assist clients in opening new accounts, explaining product features, and completing necessary documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to bank security and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office tools.

- Knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
