Responsibility
- Process various customer transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and non-cash transfers with high accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all bank operational policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Provide excellent front-line customer service by addressing inquiries and offering information on SeaBank products.
- Prepare daily transaction reports and ensure all documentation is filed according to internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with branch team members to optimize queue management and customer wait times.
- Handle sensitive customer information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in banking or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with core banking systems.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and committed to high performance.
