Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive financing acquisition strategies to expand BTPN Syariah's market share in Sumatera Utara.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to the Individual Financing Officer (IFO) team to ensure operational targets are met.
- Analyze and approve financing applications, including strict assessment of financing ceilings and tenor structures.
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of portfolio quality to minimize non-performing financing (NPF).
- Ensure all financing processes comply with internal Sharia policies, OJK regulations, and risk management frameworks.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance, productivity, and professional growth.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on market trends and financing performance for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking or microfinance sector, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Sharia banking principles and financial product structures.
- Proven track record in portfolio management, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a mobile field-based team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sharp attention to detail.
- High integrity, target-oriented, and excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Sumatera Utara region.
