Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales and operational targets in Jawa Barat.
- Manage the daily administrative and financial operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and institutional clients.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Prepare accurate performance reports and financial forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure all branch activities strictly adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, specifically in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of success in managing P&L and driving regional revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage medium-to-large sized teams.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Jawa Barat/Bandung.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
