Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential nasabah (clients).
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the BPR CINDE WILIS loan portfolio.
- Perform comprehensive credit analysis, including assessment of financial health and repayment capacity of applicants.
- Conduct field surveys and site visits to verify collateral and business viability.
- Monitor loan repayments and manage non-performing loans (NPL) to ensure portfolio quality.
- Prepare accurate and timely credit reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the banking or microfinance sector as an Account Officer or Credit Analyst.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial statement analysis, and collateral evaluation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Local residency in Bondowoso or willingness to be based in the area.
