Responsibility
- Manage daily operational workflows to ensure seamless support for global trading clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between the technical support desk and the marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the execution of marketing growth initiatives and track the impact on lead conversion.
- Maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trading desk activities.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to resolve client-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support project rollouts and platform feature enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations, project management, or client support role within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of investment products, trading platforms, or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and report on progress.
