Responsibility
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Verify customer identities and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and provide guidance on currency conversion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security in all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as a cashier, teller, or counter clerk.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
