Responsibility
- Prepare and manage accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring compliance with company pricing policies and terms.
- Process and track customer orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Liaise with sales teams, customers, and vendors to resolve order-related inquiries, discrepancies, and delays promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including contracts, invoices, delivery schedules, and customer records.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management review.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards in all administrative and sales-related activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is a plus, but training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems is desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and order processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
