Responsibility
- Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments with high accuracy.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all bank customers.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift and adhere to bank security protocols.
- Identify customer needs and offer information on banking products and services where appropriate.
- Resolve customer inquiries or discrepancies related to accounts and transactions.
- Strictly adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and anti-money laundering policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major (Finance, Accounting, or Banking preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Teller or in a similar financial service role.
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and banking software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume transactions.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
