Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
