As a key player in our customer-facing operations, youâll engage with clients through outbound and inbound calls, promoting products/services, addressing inquiries, and building long-term relationships. Your ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals will directly impact our business growth. Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving concerns professionally.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rates).
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through personalized communication.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on customer pain points and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Residence in Jabodetabek or Bali (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
