Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers regarding hearing aid solutions.
- Guide clients through the selection, fitting, and after-sales support process.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of hearing aid products.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Achieve sales targets and earn commissions on successful hearing aid sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelorâs degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical product details in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and sales tracking.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
