Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, including call scripts, lead prioritization, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, call volume, revenue per agent) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance team skills in negotiation, objection handling, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align telesales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Manage daily operations, including workforce scheduling, call queue optimization, and CRM system updates.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels through professional and empathetic communication.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel for data tracking.
- Experience in the healthcare, dental, or retail industry is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching, conflict resolution, and team motivation.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
