Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share for MEP solutions in Bali’s commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
- Manage end-to-end project sales cycles, from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor MEP solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s construction and infrastructure landscape.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our MEP products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and government agencies to drive repeat business.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A business or sales degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP sales, project management, or technical sales within the construction, infrastructure, or building services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in Bali or similar markets.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings related to MEP projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
