Responsibility
- Assist customers in Mandarin and English, providing clear and professional communication.
- Process sales transactions, handle inquiries, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare and present product or service information to clients in a compelling manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, or POS systems) are a plus.
