Responsibility

  • Promote and sell OneMed’s medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical devices.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend events.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
