Responsibility

  • Participate in an intensive sales and leadership development program to prepare for future leadership roles in Sales & Field Marketing.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities in Bali's key regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent Wismilak at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Receive mentorship from senior leaders and participate in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make strategic recommendations.
