Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and research institutions to promote ProSTEM services.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in the medical and scientific communities to drive adoption of stem cell solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Organize and lead product presentations, workshops, and seminars to educate partners on the benefits of ProSTEM.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term collaborations with high-value accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns to ensure retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing, R&D, and customer support initiatives.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Biology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships with hospitals, government bodies, or research institutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, stem cell technology, or regenerative medicine is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and other regions in Indonesia as required.
