Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote FinTech products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and pricing to drive conversions.
- Document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or sales (FinTech experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
