Responsibility
- Contact potential customers via phone to promote company products/services and generate sales leads.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Persuasive and confident personality with the ability to engage customers and close sales effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer objections and concerns.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer data and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
