Responsibility

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in designated Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition for Indodana’s financial products.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and improve results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, event organizers, and local businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Organize and oversee promotional events, roadshows, and on-ground activations to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role (e.g., Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager) within retail, fintech, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team of sales promoters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in organizing and executing promotional events, roadshows, or on-ground activations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics, consumer behavior, and local business landscape is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
