Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for luxury accommodations, events, and experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and VIP guests to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, packages, and campaigns tailored to high-end clientele.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent Mandarin Oriental at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality, travel, or service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and the ability to tailor solutions to high-end clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape and existing networks in the region are advantageous.
