As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your technical expertise and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and secure high-value contracts for new lift installations. Your mission will be to exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative, reliable, and sustainable mobility solutions.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual installation targets for new lift projects in Bali.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, architects, and contractors, highlighting Schindler’s competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, and marketing) to design customized lift solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, cost estimates, and contracts while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Schindler standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Schindler at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales/engineering are a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or business development within the elevator/lift industry or a similar B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, safety standards (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1), and local building codes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for lift installations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
