Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and closing rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
