Responsibility
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients in the frozen food and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in restaurants, hotels, and retail businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the frozen food logistics industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, FMCG, or frozen food industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
