Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive Mooochii's market growth in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and retail partners to expand product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine business strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Represent Mooochii at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali's retail and F&B landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
